Major Research

Futuresoft Technologies Inc. conducts not only research on plastics extrusion technology, but also on fundamental rheology study in extensional flow, extrusion, and polymer processing related issues. With over twenty year industrial experience and academic research and development expertise, Futuresoft also develops and makes polymer processing related computer-aided engineering (CAE) software, extruder screws, film and profile dies, etc. Futuresoft presented research papers at every year's international conference on wood-fiber-plastic composites in Toronto, Canada, and Madison, WI, USA since 1997. Polymer Blend and Alloy

Quality and profit of plastic products depend on polymers' morphology and end properties, not their compositions. Good products with good morphology and end properties can be achieved not only through complicated polymerization of resin, such as the making of mLLDPE, but also through novelty processing and its equipment! Futuresoft studies effects of processing on morphology of polymer blends and alloys.
