	March 31, 2006. Futuresoft Technologies Inc. has formally established a joint venture company -- "Qinchuan Future Plastic Machinery Co. Ltd." (QCF www.qinchuanfuture.com), with Qinchuan Machinery Development Co. Ltd. (QC). Since 1999, FTI has been cooperating with QC in China's first 6 layer blow molding plastic fuel tank system, which made QC the first co. in China can make such system. During the seven years, together, we have also developed WPC extrusion systems, other large scale blow molding systems, etc. Qinchuan is a public company in China, traded at Shenzhen Stock Exchange. QC's 2005 revenue is about US$150 million. QC has over 20 subsidiary companies, manufacturing plants and sales in USA and China. QC has over 3,000 employees, of which over 1,000 are engineers.
